2010 Edition

Each Memorial Day weekend the Sacramento Ragtime Society drops its normal monthly meeting to host three days of ragtime performances that we call the Ragtime Corners. The ragtime corners are part of the annual Sacramento Jazz Jubilee. sponsored by the Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society.

Sacramento Ragtime Society musicians entertain at the “Corners” in the Golden State Room–Mezzanine level–of the Hyatt Hotel at 1201 L Streets (across from the California Capitol) and at the Courtyard D'Oro at 1107 Front street in old Sacramento, also known as "Patio D'Oro Ragtime" during the Jubilee. Easier entrance to the Courtyard D'Oro, with a minimum of steps, is available from Firehouse Alley in the back. Jazz Jubilee badges are not required to enjoy the music at the Ragtime Corners. 

The 2010 Ragtime Corner, at the Hyatt Hotel, will run from 4:00-10:00 p.m. on Friday May 28th and from 1:00-10:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday May 29th & 30th.

At the Courtyard d'Oro the hours will be 1:00 to 5:00, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
